Tucked away on a quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac, this peaceful retreat is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Our newly built beach home features 5 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 baths, and two separate living/media room areas. On the first floor, you’ll find a primary king suite with a private bath. Upstairs offers another primary king suite with a private bath, an additional king bedroom with a private bath, and a fourth king bedroom that shares a bath. The fifth bedroom is a cozy bunk room with twin-over-twin bunks, sleeping up to four. *Pool heating is available for $50 per day and must be requested prior to arrival.
Other Details to Note
This home is located in a quiet private neighborhood. We are located in a cul-de-sac, so there is not a lot of traffic and it is very private. Signed Rental/Golf Cart agreement is required before arrival and copy of your drivers license.

We are tucked away in the hidden highlands neighborhood with mostly full time residents. Lots of mature trees, and you will often see deer or birds on your ride to the beach.
